I’m more than just a web designer

I have a BSc in Computer Science and over 14 years of industry experience ranging from support desk work to software development, project management and design. I don’t sell this as a stand-alone service but I do offer my expertise to my clients and currently manage multiple small businesses and their IT systems.

In general terms, I can help you with your day to day IT needs, such as printer installs, new PCs, data migrations & anti virus.

I worked on the Synergy Software support desk for nearly 6 years as part of the team that redesigned it from the old DOS Style V5 program to the far more modern system used today. While I no longer support the business & accounting side of the software, I continue to support my clients who use Synergy Software back office, POS and Pumplink programs, configuring their emails, printers and other IT systems to work with Synergy.

For customised Synergy development and Pumplink installations, I work with the original founder of the software, Lyall Swain who continues to create bespoke applications to fit individual business needs.

For business support, Synergy training or setup, Jules Business Services have always been the best in the business and I still rely on Jules for all her expertise on a regular basis. I can highly recommend anyone using Synergy gives Jules a call, I doubt there is anyone in New Zealand who can unleash its power as well as she can.
